Allen K. Ayers has held the Certified Financial Planner™ designation since 2001. Mr. Ayers is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation earned from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is accredited in business valuation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. This credential was granted upon proof of business valuation experience and successful completion of a written examination. Mr. Ayers has been practicing in the financial planning and public accounting industry for over 30 years. Besides serving as a Wealth Advisor for Foundation Wealth 7 Tax Advisors, Mr. Ayers is the Managing Partner of Lombardo Ayers & Company LLC, a Maryland based accounting firm.

Mr. Ayers utilizes his tax, financial planning and valuation and litigation support services in such matters as mergers and acquisitions, divorce, buy-sell agreements, gifts and estate tax reporting and a myriad of other applications.

Mr. Ayers has been appointed as an expert witness in the Circuit Courts of Talbot, Queen Anne’s, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges and Baltimore City on financial planning matters. He has provided expert witness analysis and reporting on financial planning matters under Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Procedure as well as the United States Federal District Court.
